5-minute Masala Sandwich

A 5 minute simple healthy masala sandwich, ideal for fans of Indian food.

Part 1 Gather ingredients (see the link below for quantities). Chaat masala can be bought in any Indian food specialty store, or made.

Part 2 Butter two slices of white sandwich bread with butter or vegan butter.

Part 3 Layer peeled thinly sliced cucumber over one slice of bread.

Part 4 Top with thinly sliced tomatoes cut in half

Part 5 Add thinly sliced red onion over the tomatoes and then sprinkle with chaat masala.

Part 6 Assemble sandwich and grill or toast on each side until golden
