Part 1 Mix together all-purpose flour, wholemeal flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, dried basil, oregano and onion powder.
Part 2 In another bowl mix together olive oil, milk (or dairy-free milk), canned crushed tomatoes, tomato concentrate, and dark soy sauce.
Part 3 Mix wet and dry together.
Part 4 Tip into greased loaf pan and smooth over with damp hand. Bake 35 minutes.
