1-hour Vegan Goat Cheese
This easy 1-hour vegan goat cheese crumbles, bakes up, can be grilled and is sliceable.
Makes up to four logs at a fraction of store-bought vegan cheese's price. Top with nuts, or fruit or roll in herbs.
Part 1 Boil cashews for 15 minutes with a tsp of lemon juice.
Part 2 Process drained cashews with lemon juice, coconut oil, and garlic.
Part 3 Next add salt, coconut milk, and vinegar
Part 4 Process until smooth. Boil some agar agar up with water for one minute, and mix in.
Part 5 Mix the agar agar water with the processed cashews . Add in optional probiotics, and spoon into bowls, glasses or molds.
Part 6 Cool at room temp 30 mins and fridge 30 mins, or culture overnight in a cupboard. Done!
