1-hour Vegan Goat Cheese
This easy 1-hour vegan goat cheese crumbles, bakes up, can be grilled and is sliceable.
Makes up to four logs at a fraction of store-bought vegan cheese's price. Top with nuts, or fruit or roll in herbs.
Boil cashews for 15 minutes with a tsp of lemon juice.
Process drained cashews with lemon juice, coconut oil, and garlic.
Next add salt, coconut milk, and vinegar
Process until smooth. Boil some agar agar up with water for one minute, and mix in.
Mix the agar agar water with the processed cashews . Add in optional probiotics, and spoon into bowls, glasses or molds.
Cool at room temp 30 mins and fridge 30 mins, or culture overnight in a cupboard. Done!
